Black Friday & Christmas Delivery 

Please be aware, the Black Friday period and lead up to Christmas is an extremely busy period. We will do all we can to ship your order swiftly. However, in some cases there may be a delay in getting your order to you. We'll keep you updated regularly with the progress of your order. Also returns may take longer to process during this period due to the increased demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Dispatch Items

Some items may have Dispatch dates on them, this means they will be shipped on or slightly after these dates. Please be aware of this, These orders will take a bit longer to get Delivered. The Dispatch items are just the cargo pants. Rest assured we will get these sent as as quickly as we can.

UK Delivery 

  • Royal Mail 48 Standard UK Delivery 2-4 working days* - £4.00 (Free on orders over £40)
  • Royal Mail 24 Express UK Delivery 1-2 working days* - £5 (Free on orders over £100)

All standard UK orders will be sent out Via Royal Mail 48. This Service is 2-4 working days delivery. The majority of the time it will be quicker than this but please allow up to 5 working.

We also offer an express service with either Evri or Royal Mail. These services will take 1-2 working days. Most of the time this service is next day delivery but please allow up to 2 working days. 

Once shipped you will receive an email with a tracking link. (Please check your junk folder as it can go into here sometimes)

Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday morning. 

*Please note that if you enter the wrong/incorrect address and your order gets sent back to us then there will be a £5 shipping charge*

International Delivery 

All international orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked. This service is 4-6 working days delivery to Europe and 5-7 working days delivery to the rest of the world.

Free Tracked International Delivery when you spend over £200 GBP.

*Please note some international orders may have customs charges. It depends which country you are buying from and the import rules in your country. Please check your countries government website for details on this.

Orders placed after 3pm on Friday Will be shipped on the following Monday morning. 

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. We must receive the return with 14 days of you receiving the parcel.

In The Returns form You MUST Include Your Full name & Order Number. If you do not include this information then It could result in no refund as we have no way of knowing it is from you. See The returns form below & please include in your parcel:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (with tags & labels)

Please send returns with Royal Mail tracked/recorded. Please note that if you use Evri the return could be sent back to you as our warehouse is only open 9am-5pm.

For hygiene purposes, no refunds or exchanges will be given for products that have aftershave, make-up, body odours, cigarette smoke or musty/damp smells. 

Any returns that do not meet the above requirements, will be rejected, and returned to you. 

*If there is a problem with your order or if the parcel is damaged upon receipt then you must email us within 24 hours*

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error & Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Sale items 
Items purchased in a SALE/OUTLET with 25% or more off are final. Cash refunds are not eligible for items purchased at sale price. Store credit will be issued for returned goods. Or you can exchange your item(s). Purchasing a sale item(s) is an acknowledgment of these terms. This is only valid for items with over 25% off so most new in items can be returned for a refund/exchange. 

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please not that the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Please note that Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show in your account.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges 

You can exchange an item up to 28 days after you have received your order. If you would like to exchange an item, just fill out our returns form above and send it back to our address. Make sure you include the order number, name & what you would like to exchange the item for.

Shipping Your Return
To return your product, you should mail your product to: SUITE 2B, The Courtyard. Earl Road, Cheadle Hulme SK8 6GN

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancelling Your Order

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend or cancel orders once they have been placed. You can return any unwanted items to us within 14 days of delivery as per our returns policy above.
