Sulfit Shredding - Training Guide
Yes Lads! So with the gyms FINALLY Re-opening I thought I would make a new training plan for you guys who want to get back in shape! I literally cant wait to get in the gym I have been missing it so much. Its such a good stress release and it makes you feel so much better about yourself.
So this training plan is a 5 day split. I think training 5 days per week is the perfect amount to build some muscle. Of course you can do 6 days or 4 days whichever suits you best.
This is a plan I have followed for many years prior to the pandemic/lockdown. It has done wonders for me in the past and Im sure it can do for you too. Its mainly focused around compound lifts aiming to get stronger every week!
Of course Getting in shape isn't all about the training so make sure you watch your diet and activity level too! I would recommend tracking your food in an app called myfitnesspal and try to aim for at least 10k Steps per day too!
